• Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and role (employee, subcontractor, or client) when you create an account or log in.
• Project data: Measurements, photos, floor plans, punch list items, daily reports, purchase orders, and other project-related content you create within the App.
• Location data: GPS coordinates when you use features such as clock-in/out, LiDAR measurement, weather auto-fill, or live map. Location data is collected only when you actively use these features.
• Camera and media: Photos and videos captured through the App for project documentation, punch lists, safety reports, and 360° site photos.
• Audio recordings: Meeting recordings captured through the Argus feature, which are processed for transcription and AI-generated summaries.
• Device information: Device model, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and functionality.
• Process project measurements, quotes, installations, and field operations.
• Generate AI-powered insights, transcriptions, and summaries (via the Atlas and Argus features).
• Track employee time, safety compliance, and field activities.
• Communicate with you about your projects, approvals, and account.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our systems.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Your employer or project team: Project data is shared within your organization as necessary for operations.
• Service providers: We use third-party services for cloud hosting (Supabase), authentication (Clerk), AI processing (Anthropic), voice AI (Retell), and transcription (Deepgram). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers provided by Supabase with row-level security policies. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, authentication via Clerk, and access controls based on user roles.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Project data is retained for the duration required by applicable construction industry regulations and contractual obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
